Trung Nguyen coffee growers have received certification by EUREPGAP
for safe and sustainable coffee growing practices. An application for Fair Trade

Robusta is relatively high in caffeine and acid, with a definite hint
of chocolate flavour in the bean. Robusta is the "Dark Chocolate" of coffee - rich
and strong and broad in its flavors.
Using only 'culi', (the smaller. more-intense single pea-shaped coffee beans also
known as 'peaberries') - these small, intense beans yield a bolder, "gourmet"
version of Robusta.

TN Culi Robusta is the essence of this variety grown in ideal circumstances. You may never taste a better Robusta
coffee. It is an extremely full-bodied coffee and fills the room with superior aroma. The Culi
Robusta is a popular choice for the first cup in the morning because of its aroma and robust
flavor (and caffeine wake-up!)

A mixed blend of Robusta and Arabica beans in a medium roast, this moderately priced
coffee has a flavor accessible to coffee drinkers of almost
any taste.
We recommend it as a good first coffee to try from Trung Nguyen.

The Trung Nguyen Arabica SE is one of the world's most select and superior
Arabica coffees. I've tested Kona (100%) and other premium Arabicas and I
prefer this coffee hands-down. It's a great anytime coffee, and it is especially
suited for brewing in the Vietnamese single-serving filters.
It's also a great dessert coffee, being a little sweet and wonderfully rich,
so it isn't eclipsed by your Tiramisu.

Similar to the Culi Robusta, the Premium Culi contains only 'culi' -
the small, intense 'peaberries' - in this case from four different coffee cultivars,
including Robusta, Arabica, Chari and Catimor... all grown in their best,
most appropriate climates from across the Buon Me Thuot highlands region.
It is a fairly dark roast, and a true gourmet coffee that combines many unusual flavors - hints
of chocolate, tamarind and spice, with a superb aftertaste.

This is the coffee for people who like their coffee STRONG and to be a
"taste experience", but as wonderful as the Premium Culi is, it is not for everybody.
If you like your coffee mild and mellow they you may be overwhelmed. But people who
know they like this coffee never buy just one bag, they stock up!

The Culi Arabica the strongest essence of Vietnamese-grown Arabica, made more intense by using only the Culi (unsplit, smaller,
more intense 'peaberry') beans. It combines all that is is sought after by Arabica fans in the
way of rich, fragrant taste, while providing the flavor of a dark roast without
the "burnt" taste that dark roasting so often brings. A great "anytime" coffee.

Legendee coffee is considered by many afficionados to rank among the world's
greatest coffees. This sought-after coffee has a unique flavor, due to a special enzyme
treatment process, that cannot be compared to any other coffee. The enzymes release many of the flavors that normally seem to lie
dormant.

Legendee can be enjoyed anytime of day, because it always seems to go with anything,
and is not particularly high in caffeine. But... for lovers of iced coffee, we will
promise this: regardless of how good Legendee is when hot, it is absolutely the
BEST COFFEE IN THE WORLD when iced. The flavor when iced is simply something that
cannot be described. If you love iced coffee, you may not be able to stop drinking this coffee
in the summer!

Passiona is made from carefully selected and medium-roasted varieties of
Chari and Arabica, resulting in a coffee with about 1/3 the caffeine of
other blends. The good news is that the lower caffeine content is achieved
by careful selection not by any artifical process. That means you get flavor in
this coffee that you can never preserve in an actively decaffeinated coffee.

Passiona is a base of Arabica with some blends of relatively rare beans.
The flavor is somewhere between a Culi Arabica and the Legendee. When brewed
fresh from the bag and measured a little strong it is a fabulous coffee and it
beats any decaf we have ever tried hands down. It is also incredible as an iced
coffee...and it doesn't keep you up nights!

Trung Nguyen created the Gourmet Blend (formerly known as House Blend) and Premium Blends
to achieve maximum balanced flavors from
the four varieties they use, in the tastes that they feel people will prefer.
The result is a trademark blended coffee that is fabulous in taste, aroma and
richness, yet is surprisingly affordable. Gourmet Blend is, like
Creative #2, a blend that every coffee drinker can fall in love with.

Many travellers who have grabbed the 'brown box' as an impulse purchase on the way
through a Vietnamese airport have subsequently forsaken their favourite coffee choice for
the TN House Blend, and have saved a lot of money doing it.
Fabulous both hot and iced, we thoroughly recommend the House Blend as a first
coffee to try. The aroma is amazing, with hints of chocolate and cherry.
Most likely you will always want to have some in stock, even if another blend
from TN becomes your personal favourite.

Similar to the Gourmet Blend, Premium Blend is slightly different in flavor
and possibly a little milder. Sold in a convenient ring-pull can with an additional snap on lid,
Premium Blend makes an excellent gift as it keeps well. As to the taste, we can't really say it's
better than the Gourmet Blend which is superb to start with, it's just a little different,
and the difference might be to your liking, so try a can and see for
yourself.
